What is the application process?
The entire application process is completed online. An application fee applies to each applicant over 18, along with an administrative fee per household.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we accept guarantors to assist applicants who may need additional income qualification support.

In addition to base rent, a monthly service fee applies and includes valet trash service and pest control. Water is billed separately based on individual usage, and electricity is set up directly with Duke Energy.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, residents are required to carry renter's insurance. Our leasing team can provide additional information about coverage requirements and available options.
What deposits or fees are required?
Deposits are credit-based. We also offer alternative options, such as the OneApp Guarantee, to provide additional flexibility and support during the leasing process.

Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes! We are one of the most pet-friendly communities in the area. We have no breed restrictions and allow up to three pets per home. There is a pet fee for the first pet and for additional pets. There is also a monthly pet rent.

Many of our homes feature private balconies or patios, creating a comfortable space to relax outdoors. We also have multiple common outdoor spaces, including a dog park, grill areas, and pavilions throughout the community.
